October always signals change and this year it has brought a huge change for me. Friday, September 27 was my last day at a job I’ve been at for the past 37 years. October brings me to the doors of a new job. I will miss my former coworkers but I am looking forward to getting to know new people and learning new things. Life is good!

Indeed it is October! It is still too hot in Southern Arizona to take a deep breath of cool fall crisp air. That didn't stop me from decorating for fall though...at the beginning of SEPTEMBER! For October, I just throw up some black accents like banners, crows and foliage to make it October themed. I'm very much looking forward to the Halloween happenings!
