It looks like hives to me. Maybe she has a food allergy of some type. The doctor should be able to give her something to clear it up quickly. If she scratches the places, they could become infected.

Re: Polka- dotted baby *UPDATE*
The same thing happened to my DD about 2 months ago. She's 2 and one morning she got a rash on her hand, then her arm, then her tummy. We never figured out what it was, but giving her benedryl cleared it right up. Very weird. Good luck hon!

Re: Polka- dotted baby *UPDATE*
funny thing is Abby had the SAME EXACT thing...she was fine one minute and the next her arms, back and legs looked just like Jasmine's....so I took her to the urgent care clinic and they ended up giving her a shot of Benadryl..worked like a charm and was gone by the time we got home :) so glad that is all it was!

Glad the meds worked. Same thing happens to my ds. At first we thought it was eggs, and then blueberries, but no. Still every now and then he breaks out so we always have Benadryl on hand just in case.

Re: Polka- dotted baby *UPDATE*
My dd is allergic to EVERYTHING... every fruit, every type of grass, every type of tree... ( we are planning on building a bubble for her to live in) But one thing that also got her all rashy was once i changed detergents and she was getting a rash all over even on her face. after spending alot of $$$ and that detergent finishing i went back to my usual detergent and it started clearing up. before i knew it it was gone. She would also get rashes if she lay on the carpets at her Grandmothers house. So its a process to figure out what can be the culprit! Good luck and glad she is doing better
