Back when I was about 19 (I think, there was a lot of drinking going on) or so I worked as a projectionist at several theatres. I loved getting the reels and putting the movies together and a couple of theatres had the really old movie projectors that played the movies with an arc light that I had to keep an eye on all the time. One of the theatres every weekend played Rocky Horror Picture Show and people would dress up and stuff.
My other favorite job was working at a dealership in the parts dept. I picked up and delivered parts to other dealerships and some auto shops. It was like being my own boss. I was out most of the day except for coming back at lunch time and at the end of the day to go home.I really like my job now(accounting/customer service in a a grocery store) except that we are stretched so thin with cutting back it is just getting so stressful trying to do the job of 4 people.
