Sending good vibes . . .I also wanted to share a story to give the parents hope. When my nephew was born (rebajane's son) he was medevaced down to Oregon to Legacy Children's hospital where he underwent heart surgery at 2 days old. I don't know what this baby's situation is, but Dean had transposition of the great arteries. He went home from the hospital in around 3 weeks time and is now a healthy little dude. He just turned 5 on November 5th.

You know, i don't think she will care. Some of you may remember her. GeorgiaPeach(Maura) She had her first daughter about the same time i had Charlotte and Miranda had ava etc. her husband was in Iraq when her daughter was born. He is here now, but is scheduled to return to Iraq in 3 weeks. There are some underlying issues they were aware of with the baby, but the heart condition had actaully been ruled out in ultrasounds. The baby swollowed Miconium at birth which is why he is on the ventilator. giving his lungs a break. While they were evaluating him upon the arrival after his mediflight trip they found that one of the conditions they had ruled out was actaully present.
