Oh Donna!!! I’m so very sorry this happened to your daughter and her family! I’m so glad they’re all safe but sad that they lost everything including their pets.  I agree with the other Cherries that if they or you need anything please let us help!!! 

Unfortunately I know exactly how you’re feeling! The same thing happened to my oldest stepson and his family in late 2019. They were at work and school and so we’re safe. But they lost 2 dogs, a kitten and youngest grandson’s beta fish. Joe was only 6 at the time. They’re doing really well now but it took awhile to get back on their feet. 

It turned out to be an electrical fire too. They apparently had a power surge and the toaster caught fire and because no one was there it took awhile for the fire department to be called and to get there.

Dear cherries,  they just need prayers at this point. I appreciate that more than anything. They have a lot to sort out but from what she told me they are already being blessed with donations, so thank you cherries! Thank you so much for all your offers. I took them shopping to get essentials and a couple of toys for the younger ones. They are amazing as well. My daughter did a good job raising them to be strong and have faith. We are all grateful that they are safe, that is more important than anything on this earth. Cherries, you are so kind!

I'm so sorry to hear about all that's happened with your daughter and her family.  Things can be replaced, so glad they were all out of the house when it happened.  So sad about losing their fur babies, that's just heart breaking.  Will be praying for your daughters family.

this happened to me in 2006, right before Christmas.  i was pregnant with my youngest.  it's devastating.

i'm so glad no one was hurt but sad to hear about the pets.

Donna how devastated and overwhelmed they (and you!) must be feeling. So glad they are blessed with a caring community who are already stepping up to help them. You must be so relieved that they were not at home, but how tragic the loss of their 4 legged family members. They will be waiting on the other side of the rainbow bridge.

As painful as the loss of their home and belongings is, material things can be replaced. I’m sure their faith will help through this awful time. 

As others have said, please keep us in the loop and let us know if we can help in anyway. Sending prayers of comfort and strength to your entire family.

Donna, I am so truly sorry for the devastation that your daughter and her family have gone thru. Someone was sure looking out for them, but I'm so sorry they lost their pets. Thankful that they live in a caring community. Will continue to pray for them.
