What are your dinner plans for tonight?

We are having monster meatloaves.  I make my usual meatloaf recipe, but instead of making it in a loaf pan, I put it into muffin tins, making individual loaves.  When they come out I top them with green olives for eyes.  We also have mashed potatoes, carrots, and rolls.

We had frozen chicken pot pies. Our cleaning ladies are coming tomorrow and don’t want to make a mess in the kitchen.

On my own so no cooking. Probably a big bowl of popcorn and later some ice cream. Your monster meat loaves sound cute!

We just had chicken nuggets and tater tots. Thursday nights DD has online class from 6-8 and doesn't get home from her in-person classes until 5:30. So we always try to make something she can eat while in class.

Halloween candy!  Just got back from trick or treating and meeting new neighbors.

I had to cook the pumpkin and bat ravioli I got at Costco for the side dish, so I had my husband grill some chicken and shrimp on the barbie for the main.

My mom has a recipe for meatloaves with green olives instead of onions and V8 juice instead of milk.  It's soooo good.  I'm not a huge olive fan but this is different
We had chicken on the grill last night, and I cut the last breasts up and made chicken salad for tonight, with jalapeno chips.

We had leftover chili for dinner. It hit the spot after having a chicken Thai wrap for lunch. Chili was much more filling lol I started making it with beef chuck instead of ground beef and its so yummy! It starts off like Texas chili (for my DH) and once I pour his serving, I put on the beans!

Mac and Cheese (frozen) with tuna sandwich. Quick and easy. Halloween M&M's for dessert.
