He's still in a good bit of pain but they sent us home with some pretty good meds which I am monitoring. Considering the surgeon took out a substantial portion of his right lung, DH is feeling pretty good. We'll know more about if he needs further treatments once we see the surgeon again in a few weeks.
I want to thank of the DC's who offered prayers, good vibes and thoughts. They really worked!!!
Now, it will be back to scrapping for me since there are so many challenges I'd like to get done!
So glad to hear that he's home and that all went well! Brilliant idea to have your stepdaughter get the bags ahead of time so you could just go home. How is he doing today?
