Oh my Brandy, I am so sorry.  Hugs to you for your wonderful care and thoughtfulness.  We just lost an 18 yr old kitty last week, and the thought of her going alone was a huge worry for both my dh and myself.  Fortunately we were by her side - and so glad to hear that Bella had her family with her.  Dogs just always know, don't they.
