White Christmas with Bing Crosby. From my childhood.
It was the FIRST VCR tape I ever bought! (Next came Woodstook) I love the movie with the dancing and the scenery, the story (I am retired military) and the costumes. I try to watch it every Christmas Eve.

My all time favorite is A Christmas Carol -- the 1995 version with Patrick Stewart. That is followed very closely by, maybe even tied with, Miracle on 34th Street, and that is definitely a memory from my childhood.

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
YES! for a newer movie - Polar Express is on the top of my list!

hmm, I have never seen Polar Express but it sounds like I should check it out!!
I cannot say just one; oldest grandson and I have watched The Grinch since he was 2 1/2.. He went through a spell where we watched nothing else, even in the summer. So that
holds very special memories!!
I love the Tim Allen movies; Christmas With The Kranks, The Santa Clause (1-3), National Lampoon and Elf

I would have to say it's a tossup between It's A Wonderful Life, Family Man, and Elf. Family Man is really just a remake of It's a Wonderful Life, if I really think about it. And Elf is just so sweet and innocent! We leave that DVD out for enjoyment all year long LOL!
Happy Scrapping!

Elf (we watched it this weekend), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, It's a Wonderful Life. We have DVD's of all four.
Even though It's a Wonderful Life would have been from my childhood, I don't remember watching it as a child. We didn't have VCRs or DVDs back in the day. In fact we only had one TV and my father determined what we would watch and I can't imagine him wanting to watch that.

Very odd answer here - I know - but I love LOVE Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol. It's so funny when it's funny, and so sweet and moving when it comes to the Cratchets. My brother, sister, and I all love it more than any other of the Christmas movies!
I do love all the versions of the Christmas Carol, George C. Scott, Patrick Stewart, and the one from the 1940s(?) And recently I saw the animated Jim Carey version from Disney. O. M. G. I loved that, too.

ELF! I love that movie, no matter how many times I see it, I laugh and laugh. I also love and make my children watch the old school Rudolph! I love it is from my childhood and brings back so many memories for me.

I would have to say the Waltons Christmas movie, from my childhood ... but I remember reruns even when I was in college, and my (late) brother had to have it on... but I still think of the kids singing (and how he sang along ...) "Hey, Mary, whatcha gona name that pretty little baby?"
Now that I think of it, the memories of my family watching it together are what I remember/enjoy the most...
And my favorite to watch now is probably the Charlie Brown Christmas, except the parts where they call Charlie Brown stupid ...

It's a Wonderful Life - from my childhood. I would watch it at my grandparents or cousins houses since we didn't have a TV. My other favorite is A Christmas Story, that would be from my adulthood.

It's a Wonderful Life. It's definitely one of my favorite movies of all time. It's featured in my list of the best Christmas movies to watch in 2017. The full movie is available for watch for free on YouTube and Vimeo.
Always my very Favorite Movie. Not really from my childhood either, but it reminds me of my childhood in a small town and I have always loved movies from that era. I still cry every time I watch it! For several years when it came on TV every year, I would call my family members and remind them to watch it, if we couldnt be together I liked the thought that we might all be watching it at the same time,,
