I've stayed up past 11 pm for the past couple of nights . . . normally I'm in bed by 10 ish. Plus I took a couple tylenol pm's at 11. . . Normally take them at 8 or 9. . .woke up so groggy. can't shake it. I need a nap!!!!!
NO nappies!!! I have insomnia, taking a nap will only make it harder to fall asleep later.Hang in there Mindy!!

Sleepy here too... didn't wanna get up this morning since it was still raining..Now the sun is out and I'm going home for lunch. Gonna let the dogs out That always wakes me up!

I just didn't want to get up. I went to bed at the usual between 10-11pm, but I'm so sleepy. I blame it on Daylight Savings Time...and not enough coffee!I'm already on my 5th cup of coffee in the middle of the afternoon and it is not doing any good!

Try homeopathic sleepy stuff maybe you wont fell so groggy the next day it works for me sometimes when I am Manic
