As some of you all know, my brother in law has had a rough 4 months - and he's young (only 40 yrs old). In that short time, he has had 2 heart attacks, a stroke, a staph infection, a seizure, internal bleeding and the flu. On top of surgeries to put stints in his heart and to stop the internal bleeding.
Last month, DH went out to California to see his brother and offer support to his parents and everyone else. His brother cried happy tears when he saw DH. 2 1/2 weeks ago, the dr's sent him home to live with his father. He is still in need of 6-8 hrs of Physical Therapy daily.
My mother in law just texted us and its the best good news we have heard in a very long time. My BIL is now getting up AND sitting down on his own without any help from anyone. AND...he was able to dress himself 100% by himself. How awesome is that!.
Just wanted to share my good news with everyone!
