Pam and I were talking about this this morning. I found my own stocking stuffer at Best Buy...lol. When I got my Blackberry phone, the car charger was about 35 plus and I was too cheap to buy it. Found it at Best Buy last week for 1.99!

Great deal Jules! I guess my best buy would be tv show seasons on dvd for 12.99 on black friday. Seems like everyone wanted a season of some tv show they love on dvd this year!

I was pleased when Target had the XBOX 3-month membership cards for $10-----usually there are $24.99.

Hmm... I splurged and bought a new tree skirt from Pottery Barn Kids to match the stockings I got last year. It was on sale, but I got an email a couple days after I ordered it that it had a deeper discount. I called to see if they would honor it, and they gave me a refund! I saved $15.

I shop sales/clearance all year long. But not too long ago I was in Target and most of the dollar bin items were 90% off!!! I got sand toys, fun character kid socks, fact card packs about landmarks/dinosaurs/ etc for my boys and niece and nephew at only 10 cents each. Can't beat that, they should have just given away that stuff. I even used the dinosaur fact cards to make art for my youngest son's room.

Well, my best buy for Christmas was buying the full size Cricut Cake Machine (not the new mini) with two cartridges for $49.95 with free shipping. I got this for my 13 year old dgd. I asked her if she thought her mom would want one and she said she would love to have it. So, I bought it for her. She's been wanting it for a long time, but we thought the price was too high (474.95 online). She can use any of the cartridges that we have on it. Can't wait to play with it after Christmas. My next best buy was Cricut cartridges for $12.50 on Black Friday.

My best buy this year has been a couple things. One was a lego my son really wanted, that Amazon had for $102! Way too much for my budget ($60 a kid). While in IL for Thanksgiving, I found it on a four day sale at Target for $65! Only $5 over what I had budgetted! I was so excited! He is still working on it as it is almost 1300 pieces (we gave gifts the first weekend of Dec). I was so happy!


My second buy isnt really a sale, but I was so happy to get my kids $50 of their favorite audio stories free by shopping for the nieces/nephews earlier in the year and earning $50 cash back. It was such a blessing!

Dh decided we needed iPhones for Christmas (he doesn't even know how to text). Younger son suggested we go with the 3G as a "starter" and we got them for .99 each! It was a pre black Friday sale the day b4 thanksgiving .

Haven't really started shopping yet, so the bargains haven't been purchased, but I did find some juggling sticks when I was in Mackinaw City a few weeks ago that the boys will just love! So while it maybe wasn't a bargain, they're going to have a blast, so I'm happy with them.

Well on Black Friday MIL took us shopping to pick out our gifts. For myself I got 2 pair of cords, a pj top, slippers and a pair of regular shoes - all for under $70 before her 20% employee discount! I thought that was pretty good. Oh it also only took me about 20 minutes because I had pre-shopped for some of it.

Don't have anything that stands out...just got some decent prices on most of the presents (several marked down a few bucks each) so I'm happy with that.

Well....Last week Target had Barbie's buy one get one half off....which is a great deal in itself but on top of it I had a $5 off a Barbie coupon and 5% off. So I ended up paying like $3 for 2 Barbie dolls for ELi and SLoane!

American Eagle is 40% today in store and online with the code.
I went in, because I didn't want to pay shipping, and if you order in the store (for things out of stock), they ship it to your house without shipping charges.

It's been a busy year so I waited until today to shop...and found awesome deals!

Old Navy had buy one get one free in the entire store so I bought the whole fam matching fleece to wear on the Santa Train tomorrow, Macy's had an amazing sale with awesome deals plus a $10 off coupon they kept giving back to me and an extra 20% off so bought bunch of the adult gifts there, great deals on toys at Target so I'm done with everyone except my DH and the kids since they just get one big gift and I can go get those during my vacation next week.

I feel so successful and was just thinking I need to go buy wrapping paper and opened my email and there was an extra 20% off coupon for the next two days at M's.

Hmmm....maybe I should always wait until the last minute!
