Can I make these a day before and then pop them in the oven on Christmas morning? or can you only do the yeast ones?
I am so tired of getting up and having to cook.

I don´t think you can make soft cinnamon rolls that can stand from the day before, but you could bake them 2/3 of the time, pop them in the freezer (this could be done a month before, just make a big batch and the you have them ready for when you need them) and the bake the rest in the morning. Or you could make them with
puff pastry and pop those in the own in the morning
