My oven decided to break yesterday morning so it was a trip to the store and a purchase of a roaster oven. The neat thing was that it cooked a huge bird in less than 3 hrs. so much better than the usual 6hrs. I should have bought one a long time ago. Now to just get that oven fixed... ugh!
