Out of the bunch, I like #6 the best. But they all seem too big for your face. The frames are fairly wide and your eye doesn't seem to hit the frame in the right place.
A couple of thoughts though....why are you so set on getting high index lenses? The primary advantage of them is that they are thinner for those with high prescriptions. If you've been getting by with plain readers, you may very well not need the high index lenses. Also consider the polycarbonate lenses. Again, they are designed to be thinner for those with strong prescriptions, but they are cheaper than the high index.
Thought 2: I have never had vision insurance that covers the cost of polycarbonate or high index lenses, except in children's glasses. But they pay what they would normally pay for standard plastic lenses, and I pay the cost that is over and above that. My insurance also has a contract with contracted providers that gives me a 20% discount for anything that is not covered by vision insurance. So I only pay the amount OVER the cost of regular lenses, and that part is discounted.
I would really suggest you go to someplace that understands your insurance and can help you maximize your benefits. My insurance isn't great either, but I pay about $2 a pay period (2 weeks) to cover my entire family. That definitely makes it worth it for me, and i wear glasses and contacts and now DD has glasses and contacts, and I have 2 DS's in glasses as well!
I would pick #2 love the clear bottoms!
but 6 would be my second pick. hth
oh and I agree some look too big for your face.

I was going to say the same thing, and I vote for #6.. do they have it in a bit smaller size?

I have to agree with the others. Number 6 is my favorite, but most of them just look a bit large. Can you get them in smaller sizes, as several of them are really cute frames.

It's between 2 or 6 but im leaning more towards 6 !!

I really LOVE #2 with the clear bottoms, they are unique and also LOVE #6...can't go wrong with either one of them.
The only one I really, really didn't care for was #1....made you look older.

I vote for #2
some of them look a little big for your face which is very thin! (I'm jealous) Maybe they come in smaller sizes? (sorry commented before reading the rest) -

I like the last pair. For some reason I think the darker rims look better on you - maybe it's because of your hair color?

I agree with many of the others. I think all of those are too wide for your face. If I had to choose, I'd go with 2.

I like #5. It defines your face well. The others leave you washed out. Just saying.

I like #2 because the of the frameless bottom, but they do seem too wide for your face. #3 seems to fit the width of your face the best.

Ha ha!! traci - this made me laugh. I have never ever considered my face thin...more like fat. At least looking at it - definitely oval.SWAY2865 wrote:I vote for #2

Thanks for all your input gals. I was leaning towards the last pair, #6 as well.
I do have pictures from other places I went to with more options. I have not had a moment to even look through the images, but now that I have an idea I will try to see if any of the other frames are smaller, and perhaps post the winning #6 with choices from other stores, for another round of voting.
Did you reach a decision yet? Can't wait to see what you decide!
