That's a really tough one but I think I'd have to agree with most everyone else and say deaf.

If I had to pick it would be deaf! Yes, there are many sounds I would miss, waves coming on ashore, birds, etc. but to never see another sunrise, or my grandkids faces, I would miss that much more!
