Good luck finding the blanket. At least you didn't lose him Just keep thinking that. But I know how attached kids get to their blankets

Did you find it yet???? I know my kiddo would be upset...
Mason has "mousey" (it's a blanket with a mouse head, we got it when he was 4 months old on his first trip to the beach!!). He has been attached to mousey since day 1. When I knew he loved this thing and it was going to be his "snuggy", I tried desperately to find another one, in case #1 got lost. No avail. It was from Marshalls, so I shouldn't have been surprised. But, I made a rule. Mousey became a "Housey Mousey" meaning he wouldn't leave the house. When Mason leaves (still, at age 9), Mousey goes on the wall unit right near the door. He gets a "mousey snort" when he comes and goes. (he sniffs the tag, which was replaced a few years ago because he snorted the whole tag away!).
Here's a layout with mousey in it, and yes, he does his homework (most of the time) with mousey on his head!

I used to be a "celebrity cherry", but now I'm in re-hab...... Holy Carp!
My son has a blanket teddy that he loves and sleeps with. I was always afraid of losing it, if we went out, so I did it, I lied to my baby.
I told him Teddy gets car sick and cant go anywhere, he totally beleives me.
I should be ashamed of myself.
I hope you find your blankie!
