I'm both. I am a believer in Murphy's Law, so I try to be prepared. But I don't have a doom & gloom personality.
I am somewhere in the middle. About something I am an optimist, about other I am a pessimist.
I think if I were being totally honest, I would have to say that I'm more pessimistic.
Usually optimistic. But as of late I would say more pessimist.

Just the opposite... I'm a pessimist married to an optimist. I'm always thinking of the worst case scenario and my hubby never thinks anything bad will happen. He says I worry way too much about things out of my control.
I'm the learned pattern behavior pessimist! My father was a huge pessimist! When I married my optimist husband he immediately worked on me. Now I think we have switched sometimes. I have become more of an optimist then I was 25 years ago! Thanks sweetie for teaching how to be an optimist. I stop and think about what is going on in my head 80% of the time.

My attitude is more positive than negative.

Optimistic, though the last five years or so have made me more pessimistic than I would like.
I'd be lying to say that I'm not pessimistic at all. I think we all have our moments. I try to keep optimistic, it just doesn't always happen. LOL

Optimistically pessimistic.
JK. I am more of an optimist. The glass is always half full. It may be filled with bath water instead of wine, but it's always half full.

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
I am a bit of a pessimistic too. but always trying to work on this!

I would consider myself to be optimistic because I usually see the good side of most things.
