We went to WalMart last night to get Em's Australia pics printed. Almost 1200 of them. Got the first two batches going and put in the third and last one. This was the largest batch. Put them in and when the receipt came out it said they would be ready on Tuesday. WTH!!!!! So I asked what was going on. They said I must have pushed the wrong button. I said no I was very sure what I had pushed. So I asked if the machine had done that because they would be leaving before the pics would have been ready. They wouldn't answer. So I asked if the pics would be done this morning.....no they won't be ready until Tuesday. I am so mad!!!!! They need a sign up stating what time the photo lab closes and what the last time is that photos will be processed in the one hour. GRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

Ask me again why I avoid Wal-Mart at all costs! Try somewhere else - Walgreen's, Target, etc.......

That has to be aggrevating. I have never printed that many pictures (You're going to have alot of scrapping to do!!) but they know me by name there and they page me when mine are ready. HEHEHE

i stopped using them years ago for photos. it was always a nightmare for one reason or another. I started using walgreens and just tried target the other day.

oh that's lame, so sorry... i avoid going there at all cost!
a friend had suggested i try their photo lab and the result
was very disappointing, so that was the 1st and last time.

i like target and a lot of people recommend costco (less $)

I refuse to go to Walmart for some of the same reasons. I use shutterfly and I have gotten some great results.

I don't take my pics to Walmart anymore... Walgreens is the only place for me, unless I send them to an online co...

Sorry for your troubles. I guess i wasn't even aware Walmart did photo printing. I have heard that many are pleased with Walgreens - I use them once in a while for larger batches or to make prints for friends and family. Upload from home, and in an hour I can send hubby down the road a half a mile to the new Walgreens to pick them up - so convenient. I have friends who swear by Costco.


Typically, I don't need photos in an hour, and I usually upload to Shutterfly or Snapfish for a large batch of everyday photos, but stick with Scrapbookpictures.com for my favorites and specials for scrapbooking.

That would tick me off! I get mine done at Walgreens too cause I can send them from home and then just pick them up. Sorry your pics won't be done!

I always upload mine to Wallgreens and have been very satisfied with their service.

That would make me soooo mad! I would have asked for the manager and raised hell...it's what I do best. I definetly wouldn't go back there for pictures though...

Are you able to put all the pics on CD's for her?? But yeah I only use Costco for my printing it is the cheapest and the best quality in my opinion.
I refuse to give Walmart my money what so ever! I hope you are able to get her the pics!

They lost a package of my photos once and they finally found them it was like 3 months maybe longer they called and said I had pictures In. I totally try to avoid Walmart!!:)
