 Cursive and I have my kids handwrite all their personal thank you to keep them in practice. So much of their school work is done on the computer now, but I think penmenship is important. Plus the FAMILY LOVES getting those personal handwritten notes!

my own style. my girls call my handwriting cursive cause all my letters kinda loop together.

 I usually use a combonation of both, some letters just look better in cursive & others in print...

For the most part, I do cursive. Here in my school district, students learn cursive writing in third grade, but in later grades, they aren't necessarily required to use it.

 I tend to print, but it's almost a combo on some letters.

My dd (when she was in K) learned a different style of printing (delian??) so they would be ready to do cursive in a future grade

 If I am taking notes for myself, I switch back and forth.  But if it is for someone, it is usually printing because I don't like my handwriting.

 Both! I tend to start off writing in cursive and then end up putting a couple of printed letters into the word/s. It is a mish mash.

 I print...but I'm a first grade teacher.  It is a force of habit as I have to use print all day long.  My cursive is terrible.

 I have my own font that's a mix of both. Some letters are print, some cursive, it just depends on the flow of the word.

 Mostly cursive unless I am writing for younger kids who don't read cursive yet.  DS#1 started learning cursive toward the end of 1st grade and thinks it's fun.
