 Do you have the department store Mervyn's? That is where I took my next door neighbor girl when she was 11 and getting her first bra. Her mom had given her 20 bucks and we got her 3.

 When buying my dd her bra's Khols had alot in that size in the girls dept. I got them on sale for like $ 4 ... good luck!

 I had the same problem with my youngest dd.  She liked hanes brand and also vanity fair brand.  Vanity fair had a pretty bra style that she really loved.  It has been a few years ago so I don't know if they are still the same.  Keep looking and one word of advice....when you find one buy half a dozen of them cause chances are you won't find that one again!!

 I have gotten ones for my DD (who doesn't "need" them yet)...at Kohl's and Wal-Mart.  But at that size...you might try Victoria's Secret (www.victoriassecret.com)...or try at places like TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

 worst case scenario buy a 36 and add a bra extender? lol.. i would say victoria secret would have something or some store in the mall...how about bali/hanes store?

 I've seen somewhere that you can get band extenders. Maybe try that.  She could get a 36 and still be able to wear it with the extenders. Let me see what I can find.
