 Hi gals!  We are officially back in the US and are SLOWLY getting settled into west Houston.   

We have managed to get 2 cars, 4 cell phones, and just yesterday closed on a house!   It will be a few more weeks until we can move in because we are waiting on our ocean shipment from Baku, but that gives us time to paint and do a few fixups.   We also have a ton of stuff sitting in storage that we will try to have delivered mid-month.  Lots and lots of unpacking.......yuck....

School starts on Aug 25, but Anderson starts band camp next week which will help him to get to know some kids (important - because he is my shy one).  Meanwhile, Hunter is hoping to make the JV Golf team, but it is very competitive here and so he and DH have been playing at every opportuntiy.  Just keeping fingers crossed!!!!

Can't wait to get all setteld in and back to scrapping....but it's going to be a while still!!!!

It's amazing how things will work themselves out with time.  You'll be settled in before you know it .... can you tell I haven't moved in like 13 years.

 Welcome back to the US!  It's a good thing that you didn't move to California.  If you think Houston is expensive, everything in California is probably triple what it is in Houston.

 Would LOVE to get together!  I"ll be around........working on painting and shuffling Anderson to and from band camp!   Let me know as it gets closer.  What part of Houston are you going to?  We're in Katy, just off I-10 and Fry Rd.

 It is so great to hear from you!! I wondered where you were in the moving process!!

That area of the country is, I think, the most competitive in sports all around! We dive against them as well and, WOW, they are cut throat! LOL! They have hired former Olympic Russian coaches to train their HIGH SCHOOL divers. It's a little competitive at that level.

So glad you're here!!! Happy wishes to your boys in school, sports and bands that they make the adjustment well.
