 Ok, be honest- have you ever thrown something when you got really angry?

Tonight I threw the phone at the floor. The battery part came off but that was it. I put it back on, works fine.

But holy friggin crud- the reaction my husband had was in my opinion, way worse then my offense!

So I am just curious, have you ever thrown something in anger?  And let me be clear- I did not throw the phone at HIM, just down. ( Although now I am kinda wishing he had been the target. lol )

 Oh HAY-ELL yeah!!!!

I once hurled a cup of coffee at DH, I was SO PO'd at him. (well, it was prolly only a half a cup and not freshly hot). Anyway, it only ticked me off more cuz guess who had to clean it up?

 Yes I have thrown things. When I was married to my ex I remember throwing the phone and other things. He wasn't even home when I did it. That man really frustrated me! lol.

 I get angry enough to throw things maybe 2x a year.  But, you'er talking to someone who can't yell to save her life, so that isn''t saying much

 Yeah, I have been know to throw the contents of my cup a time or two, but when I throw, I make sure to hit the target! lol

But like Jaime, I am the one that ends up suffering because I have to clean up the mess.

ETA: I am happy to say, it has been a while.

 Just a couple of times...I've gotten mad enough to kick the shoes off of my feet and towards a wall/door....

 I am guilty of this, but I usually miss and I DID play softball ...I like to thorw things in the trash or pour them down the sink...Matt pi$$ed me off once and I dumped a WHOLE bottle of Crown Royal down the sink...I know, I KNOW...alcohol abuse, but he ROYALLY pi$$Ed me off!!!!!!!!!

 Yes oh yes! But not that often. Because I sometimes end up breaking something of my own AND having to clean it up.

 No, my dad threw something at my mother when I was a kid and it totally traumatized me!  Seriously.  Plus...I'm a teacher and all...  (I just THINK about it in my head)

 I once threw a sweet potato (cooked) at a white wall.

High need infant (who forgot to read the baby manual about how often he was supposed to sleep) plus a traveling dh....it got a tad ugly.

 i once threw a cooler at the dh because he was being such a pr*** so what did he do in return? rammed it with his 4wheeler and broke it.

 I'm another that was tramitized by my parents throwing things at each other (phones, tvs, tv stands, etc) so I could never.

 Oh yea...I can do my own fair share of throwing stuff!  like  tonight for instance..got ticked trying to put this darn pc together and I have such a mess here..couple things went flying...
