I spent a good bit of time at the post office earlier.  I sent some out to ladies I know did not send me postage, but I wanted the boxes out of my house.  they were starting to take over the garage!!  Her is a complete list of what I sent out today.  There will be more in the next few days.1.  stanggirl---HG Mushroom, Adornit, CA Morocco and poolside--flat rate2.  shanierae--DCWV Nana's Kids, HG Mushroom, CA morocco and poolside--flat rate3.  scrapchick72--Christmas Cards, adornit, CA Morocco--flat rate4.  curiousprl--Adornit, DCWV Nana's Kids--regular priority box--did you send postage?5.  judykins--CA morocco, HG Mushroom, DCWV Nana's Kids, Adornit--flat rate6.  mommy2bean--CA morocco, CA poolside, DCWV Nana's Kids--flat rate7.  Charliesangel--Adornit, DCWV Nana's Kids--regular priority8.  Armywife95--DCWV Nana's Kids, HG mushroom, SS Georgia (think i am missing something)--regular priority9.  simmons87--CA poolside, CA morocco, HG Mushroom, DCWV Nana's Kids, Adornit--flat rate10.  corriekate--CA morocco, CA poolside, HG mushroom--regular non-priority box (still cost a lot)11.  jmwtlw--Christmas cards--regular priority12.  Northern Brat--Christmas Cards--regular non-priority--was $5.56--in padded mailer13.  carrie1203--CA poolside, CA morocco (did you get the Christmas cards?)--regular priority14.  cheryle-L--CA poolside, HG Mushroom--regular priority15.  Niki--adornit, DB wrapped wishes, DB sweet marabella--flat rate16.  loralye78--CA poolside--regular non-priority--thin cardboard box like the ones ACOT uses to ship small amounts of paper17.  Julie P--Adornit--regular priority18.  scrapgram--adornit--regular priority I have more ready to go, just did not have anymore room to take them to the post office with me.  I am also sending the swap items that I owe to people who were in my swaps.  Please ladies, let me know when you get these.  I did have to come up with some of the money on my own.  I am finding out that sending a swap that consists of a few pieces of paper and some embellishments that is going to CA, or other places no close to Arkansas, is costing more than $4.60.  I am going to rethink the postage strategy before I host another swap.  THey are making a killing on us.

maybe girls who live out of your postal zone could include some extra stamps that way if you don't use them then you just stick them back into their box

I don't know.  I will see what I can do.  I may just have to estimate how much each one weighs.  Or I can take the heaviest one--single swap--to the post office and have it weighed.  That way I can estimate how much postage will be.  I think that might be a little easier.  At least it will be a closer estimate of how much postage to send.
