#2 get to know your neighbor!

I've been doing alot of wellness programs and relaxations stuff. What I want to know are 3-5 things you do to relax. maybe we can learn new techniques from each other.
1. yoga (not that i'm very good at it lol)
2. sudoku
3. imagery, deep breaths, close my eyes and imagine myself on a beach to myself, the warm summer sun beating down on me and nothing but time to do what i want. no guilt that i'm not reading a textbook from school
4. hand massage
5. naps to rest my body, mind and soul
