Information

 I have received most of the items for these swaps.  There are a couple of items that I've talked to the people about and they're postal.  One item, the borders that Scrapgram did for the Patriotic Swap, apparently are lost in the Postal Twilight Zone.  I have had absolutely no response to PM's or a message here on the board from 4 people. . . huntersmom, snowhitequeen, motoxmom and charliesangel.  So, assuming I get the couple of items I am waiting on in this week (hopefully they'll get here by Friday or Saturday), it's my intention to get these swaps boxed up to you and mailed out on Tuesday.  If anyone knows these 4 ladies that I can't get ahold of, maybe you can contact them and express the need for them to contact me about their items.  At this point, I'm assuming they are flakers.

I hate to be harsh, but I can't wait any longer.  These swaps are taking over my mom's house and she'll be home from her vacation soon, so I really need to get her house put back together, or I'll be in big trouble.

 UGH! This sucks especially because 2 of the people have PP for the swaps. So now we will have all the great embellishments & not enough paper. I hate to be like this but I am officially done with swaps on ACOT. Not that I have done a lot but still...

 Yeah, I agree.  What I think is the worst is that these people can't both to simply say, hey, life's got in the way, can't do this . .. or whatever.  Let's just ignore pm's and messages attempting to get ahold of me . . . so mature.

I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but ya know I've been in a lot of swaps over the years, and I've had my share of bad moments, including some major surgery in January, and I've always managed to get on here and COMMUNICATE with the hostesses of the swaps I'm in.  So, I really have no sympathy for flakers that don't bother to let someone know what's up.

 yep I agree. I was late for Wendys swap but I let her know what was going on (that I was an airhead)  I mean it sucks to be late but at least say hey, blonde moment getting it right to you, or times or tight and I cant do it after all. Life happens we get it...sucks on the paper spots though.  Oh well, I think I have one sheet left of the streamers. Neiner Neiner. I'm having a rotten day anyway, this just makes it perfectly rotten.

 You know what really sucks.  This is my second and third swap that i have did and the first one is from twinsmom.  And of course she has not been around for ages and there goes the stuff I sent for that swap.

 well, at least this time it's not a hostess flaking, so rest assured everyone will get their swaps. . . plus get back their extra items.

 Sorry to add a plug but sometimes when people don't answer pm's there just MIGHT be a problem!!!!  as stated in another thread my hard drive is shot and we just got a new one just a few hrs ago.  I'm not flaking or ignoring pm's I had NO way of contacting....addys, phone numbers EVERYTHING was on my computer that is ALL gone.  I'm ordering paper online to get it out to you.  I have it all here but had no way to get your addy or anything.....so I just will have tons of extra paper......sometimes we need to think about WHY people go missing and see if anyone can get a hold of them someway.  I know a few people have my number to call.  Anyways no hard feelings will let you know all the info when I order!!!
