If you look at the dates of this thread, you will see that it is ancient. Swaps were hosted by different board members and each person who signed up was responsible for part of a page kit based on a theme or a certain manufacturer's line. They would provide the thing they signed up for 12-15 people, depending on the swap and send it to the hostess along with return postage. The hostess would divvy up the items and send everyone back a complete kit.
Unfortunately, due to many people signing up and then flaking on their responsibilities the swaps have gone by the wayside and we haven't had any in years. It was fun and I got some beautiful, unique kits, but I will admit, I haven't used half of them, yet, and with all the expense, it became not worth it when people flaked.
