I bought some fresh italian bread the other day and picked up one of their containers of homemade garlic/herb butter to make it into garlic bread. Now I have this container of butter and I'm sure there are ways to use it other than just on bread. Any ideas? It is kinda strong so you don't need much.I was thinking I could use it on some hot pasta, but I'm trying to come up with a way to use it on chicken. I was thinking of breading the chicken breasts and then drizzling some of the melted garlic butter over it, or should I try to spread the butter directly on the chicken breast then sprinkle with bread crumbs? I don't want the butter to go to waste, not that it really has an expiration date.

I'm very late, but I think your chicken idea would have been totally yummy! My first thought was to use it in mashed potatoes. Or, what about some sort of vegetable/pasta toss?
