Healthy Strawberry Smoothie

I just sort of came up with this one myself. It is great if you have some fruit or veggies that are getting a bit past their prime, too. Helps me feel I'm not wasting them.
1 cup milk (whatever type you prefer...I use 2%, but it would work great with soy, almond, skim, whatever)
1/2 cup plain, Greek yogurt (gives it that creamy texture like ice cream, but much healthier!)
8-10 whole, frozen strawberries (I had some that I had bought and cleaned to eat for dinner, but there were more than we would eat and after a couple days, they were getting mushy, so I froze them.)
handful of baby spinach (again, I had some and these leaves were getting wilted, but you don't even notice, nor do you taste them in the smoothie!)
1 Tbsp. honey
I have one of those nifty blenders that blends right into your drink bottle, but any blender works. Put in the liquid first and the other items after, so they blend better.
That's it...I thought it was pretty satisfying!
