Simple and Speedy Cashew Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Large Can (9.75 oz.) - Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, White Meat (in Water) -- found in the aisle by Tuna Fish (Hint: 1 lg. can = about 1 c. of cooked chicken)
1/3 cup - Salted Cashews -- found in the baking aisle
2 Packets (8.8 oz. each) - Uncle Ben's Teriyaki Style Ready Rice (cooks in 90 seconds)
1 1/2 tbsp. - Vegetable Oil
Follow instructions on the rice bags to cook in the microwave - then pour the rice into a medium mixing bowl. Empty can of chicken onto a microwave safe plate. Cover and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes (Chicken is already cooked). Add to rice. Place a small skillet over medium high heat; when wok is hot, add the oil. When oil is hot, add cashews and stir until browned (about one minute). Mix into the chicken and rice. Serve and enjoy.
