My recipe is large
6 chicken breasts lightly salt them and brown them fast in a casserole with oil
add
2 cans of coconut milk
3-4 tsp of Red curry paste
1 tsp of yellow curry
1 can of baby corn,
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
1 can of sliced bamboo shoots
1 red pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
tsp of ground ginger
3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Let cook for about 30 minutes
If you want it more spicy (like me) add 1/2 tsp of ground red pepper
