I had a fondue on the holidays and used a tempura recipe from allrecipes.com.. it was one egg, one cup ice water, and one cup flour. The batter didn't stick to the veggies / shrimp when it went into the oil.
Anyone have a recipe that you know works???

My neighbor is Japanese. She makes tempura all the time. I'll ask her for her recipe.
I had one...I'll look. I think one of the keys is making sure the veggies/shrimp, etc. are thoroughly dry when you batter them, because if they are wet the batter doesn't stick.
