A Cherry on Top
I found the cutest christmas tree tin (makes 12 little trees) at Goodwill today and I'd like to start out with a really quick and easy cookie recipe that calls for not more than what I have in the cupboard at the moment!Any suggestions?? Recipes? TIA!

What about those 1-2-3 Peanut Butter cookies?1 cup sugar1 egg1 cup peanut butter1 tsp vanillaMix this all together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cooking sheet (I use a baking stone) and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Do NOT overbake even if they feel too soft.These are the quickest and easiest cookie I know of and they're great for people with flour alleriges although not too great for those with peanut allergies.HTH!
