So... I made this, and it was delicious. But then... I ate the leftovers cold the following day, and it was even better! I flaked the salmon into pieces and stirred into the couscous, and it was like a yummy, light but filling salad. The lemon and cilantro make it really fresh-tasting.
This is from a British grocery store website, so coriander = fresh cilantro.
