
1 can of white breast chicken meat (or part of a rotisserie chicken)
2-3 cups of chopped Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of grated parmesan
1/4 cup of Caesar Salad dressing
1/2 cup of croutons (more if you like crunch)
flour tortillas
chopped tomatoes (optional)
Drain the chicken and mix with the parmesan and lettuce. Stir in the caesar salad dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Add croutons and tomatoes and fill the tortillas. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
