I saw this on Sherelle Christensen's blog a while ago, and finally made it last night. My kids LOVED it. LOVED it. (I left out the mushrooms, though).
Sherelle's Chicken Bow Tie PastaCombine the following in a crockpot:
-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
-1 jar four cheese alfredo sauce
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-3/4 pkg. Real Bacon Pieces
-1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
-1/2 pkg. of dry Italian Dressing Mix
-1 cup swiss cheese, cubed
-1/4 stick of butter, melted
-Salt and pepperCook on low 6-7 hours, shredding chicken about 1 hour before finished. Serve over cooked bow tie pasta. enjoy!
Oooh - sounds like a yummy back to school meal for us!

I made this for dinner the other night. Although the flavor was WONDERFUL and I will make it again there are a few things I would change.
1 - It seemed from it cooking all day that in the end it tended to be too runny for my tastes. Next time I will add a thickener, like corn startch, so that it has more of a suacey feel to it.
2 - Rather then cutting the swiss cheese into chunks, the next time I will shred it. For some reason the chunks did not melt but stayed whole. One other thing, I cut my chicken into chunks before I started cooking. To me the purpose of a crockpot is to put it in and let it go. When I get home from a day at work the last thing I want to do is have to take the time to shred the chicken. It turned out just fine and was not dry at all. Thanks for sharing the recipe. MY family loved it and it will become one that I make over and over again.

I just made this for tonight's dinner and it was fantastic! And, I did not have to shred the chicken, it fell apart, it was so tender. One of my friends stopped by so I had her try it and she loved it too! Especially the fact that its so easy; off to email the recipe to her
