Perfect for the cooler weather. This was taken from all-recipes and tweaked.Slow cooker Corn Chowder8-10 servings 6-7 potatoes, peeled and cubed1 onion, chopped2 cups diced ham2 stalks celery, chopped1 can whole kernel corn, undrained1 can cream corn2 tbls margarinesalt and pepper to taste1 can chicken broth1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk In a slow cooker, place the potatoes, onions, ham, celery, corn, butter, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth - if not enough to cover, add some water. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir in evaporated milk. Cook for 30 more minutes. Serve with shredded cheese.Jenna
