ACOT Message Board

I was wondering if there was any way to use different amounts of points while placing orders? As far as I can tell, there is the only the suggested amount by ACOT on the most that can be used--an option to check that box. Is there a way that an option could be on the order page to use less than that if we wanted?

I'm wondering why or how this would be better, to use fewer points? I like taking half off my order. What am I missing? Maybe I don't order often enough to know this?

I can't speak for others but, for me, shipping is often $10-$15 and can sometimes be $25+ depending on what I've ordered. I like to save my points and use them to cover shipping. If I have a $60 order and my shipping charge is $13, I would love to be able to use just enough points to cover the $13 ... that way, my points "last" longer and I am able to order more often because I'm not paying shipping. I don't need 50% off every order I make (although if it's a big order I might just use up all my points), but it sure is nice to be able to get free shipping or a discounted shipping charge.

I just would like the option. Sometimes I have more moola available or I have just placed an order and really just want help with shipping. I am not saying I want it to where you can't use the max amount of points just asking if it was possible to use some not all.

yeah, I can see where these situations would make sense. That's what I was wondering. I don't order all that often and I don't make big orders when I do, so I have enough points that I can use half and still be just fine. So just was wondering. So nice to have options, and to have a website/company that listens to its customers! 
 

I was wondering the same thing. I don't want to have to use all my points on one order. 

 

I'll put this on my todo list. Not sure exactly when I'll get to it since I'm in the middle of working on a big project. (No need to worry about crazy change or get exited about it Most of what I'm working on is not visible to anyone)

I would love this feature too.  I had a decent order recently and had a GC to use and my discount code, would have been nice to use just a portion of my points to cover shipping.  Hope this is getting close to the top of your ToDo list Echo.  :-)
