Would it be possible to set the forum settings so that we don't leave this site when we click on a link

That's actually something you choose, not unique to any certain site. Instead of left clicking on the link, right click and choose "Open in New (Tab or Window)" depending on your browser. Also you can check "Tools - Options" in your browser and if there's a Tabs or Windows tab, you may have the option to set it to always open links in new windows.

Thanks I'll try that next time
I also know there is something you can set in the back(admin) where it happens automatically when you click on a link

Well, I just learned that you could right click and open Gine's beautiful blog in a separate tab....(baby steps!), but I don't know what a middle click is. Maybe since my laptop doesn't have a mouse, I don't have that?

Good question, Gine! I've always wanted that, too!

Most mice(except Mac mice), you can press down your scroll wheel to do a middle click.

Ok, that makes sense. I am on a laptop and I don't have a wheel to click.

I am cracking up on the middle click because I never knew my mouse could do that! I thought it just scrolled! I am stoked about learning that new little trick! I knew the others but this is even easier!!

Wow - I just middle clicked - but not on a link, I really did not think it would go down. Now my whole MB is a case of "honey who shrunk the computer!!" In fact, I cannot even read this type because it must be 3 pt size. Maybe 2. Pardon any errors. I need to figure out how to reutrn to full screen size!

I ended up calling my DH...apparently our middle click on the mouse must be set to reduce the screen image size. Fortunately I just had to go to the lower right corner of the screen and bump it back up to 100% from 35 -whew!

Eww, I think I would need a magnifying glass to even see where to change it!

Glad you got it fixed back. I think I'd be avoiding that middle button if I was you.
