i just read the 12 books... "#1 Ladies Detective Agency" By Alexander McCall Smith. It is set is Africa. Great read, enjoyable books...Nothing special, except that it is a feel good, easy read. I read ALOT and I enjoyed these books alot.

This series of books is going to be an HBO series...soon can't wait, wonderful books,,,,just made you feel good!

Very cool! I do not have HBO, but another channel will pick up the series eventually.

Thanks for sharing! I'm going to be having surgery soon, and I'll need something to do while I heal! I'll see if my library might have these.
