Here's what I'm reading at the moment! I keep books in different locations (car, purse, bedroom. etc.) & read them when I'm there and feel like reading.

Rising Tides by Nora Roberts
Mansfield Park by Jane Austen
Heat Stroke by Rachel Caine
A Clash of Kings by George RR Martin

How is Sea Glass? I was thinking about starting that series.

Me too. I can only concentrate on one at a time. Right now, it is Mirror, Mirror by Gregory Maguire.

I'm reading The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova.
It's different from what I normally read, but is quite interesting. It's a story about a young girl and her father and discovering details and the truth about Vlad Dracula, from the beginning. So a history on vampires really. It's not full of action or anything, but is a good story, and if you're a history buff kinda person, you'd enjoy it for sure.

Sea Glass is good. If you haven't read the Poison Study series I recommend that you read that first - I think it's a better series, first of all, and it gives a lot of important background history on the characters that helps clarify what happens in the Glass series.

I'm with you. I always have a book with me so I am reading about 3 at a time, but they are all very different. Usually I have a fiction and a non-fiction for me and then a read-aloud with my kids. Right now I have 2 very different non-fiction books going (which is very unusual for me): The Book Whisperer and Gang Leader for a Day. Highly recommend both. The read-aloud is The Door in the Dragon's Throat.

what is that about? I have listened (I dont' have time to read anymore) to his Wicked and Son of a Witch books so I am intrigued.
