but it is difficult when we have crops and are giving awards. For some reason, when people have changed their screenname, it doesn't change it in the system for Awards or PM's. I often go to send a PM and when I type in the screenname it will tell me the user doesn't exist. I have to go to find their profile, in order to find their old screenname (which has also not changed in the profile, either.) Is there a way to fix it, so they are all the same?

I find that too. After a while I start to know whose isn’t the same. I think it’s because when someone changes their screen name they still have to keep the name that they originally signed up with. That is their actual ACOT ID. In order to change that I think they would have to open a whole new account. I could be wrong about that but I’m pretty sure that’s the reason.
