I've tried at least a dozen times to purchase a couple of $5 gift cards for my challenge winners and they won't show up in my cart. I've verified user names, logged out and back in and everything else that I could think of. It just remains on the gift card screen with no message that anything needs corrected.
I don't have time to call about it now, but that is probably my next move.
Is anyone else having this problem?
