i want to order a rak for someone however i only know her first name, which is her sn..there used to be a feature that if you placed an order out of someone's wishlist that it would let you fill in her info (but not be able to see it) into the shipping to field. i've tried both boards and i'm unable to process it to her through the order placement. can anyone in tech support help me?

First, make sure that nothing else is in your shopping basket. After that go view her wishlist. Make sure that you don't add anything to your basket that isn't in her wishlist. After that, when you place the order it should default to shipping to the person that owns the wishlist that you bought from. Let me know if you still have problems after try all that.

One other thing I forgot. The person you are ordering for also needs to set their wishlist address.
