Uggggh! We finally joined the world of smart phones a couple of weeks ago, so I'm new to this and desperately need help.


I tried to log on to ACOT on my smart phone. I had the wrong user name and I checked the "log me on automatically each visit" box.

Now every time I've tried to log on with my correct user name it defaults back to the incorrect name and I've exceeded the maximum log in attempts!!



Does anyone know how I can reset the automatic log in?



I'm in a panic. I need to get this straightened out before NSD!! lol

What phone and browser are you using?

My phone is an LG Lucid 2
I'm not sure about the browser. I did a search and the default browser for the lucid is Chrome.
