Found photos!

I haven't been around much lately, but several years ago I was an active participant here on the MB and posted some photos and layouts on the gallery. As a result of my challenging divorce, my old family photos (Dad's World War II photos, my baby photos, growing up years, etc.) are being withheld fr...

Re: Any runners?

I run. I've run several 5k's and am currently training for a 10k. I have a few photos of myself in running garb, some taken by friends at a 5k and a couple I took of myself with my phone while on a training run. I haven't scrapped them, but would like to. As for the part about being all sweaty, if y...

Re: 0 to Crabby in 15 seconds

So sorry! Try to get deferred adjudication so that it doesn't go on your insurance record. Does your state have that?

Re: How to scan 12 x 12?

Ladies, you are all correct with your comments, but in a moment of desperation and weakness, I agreed to do this. So, what ended up happening is that I have a friend who works at a private school, who took my scrapbooks, scanned them on the large format flat bed scanner and gave me a thumb drive wit...

How to scan 12 x 12?

Hello, girls! It's been a VERY long time since I have been on this site, but I thought of you all first when I encountered this issue. I have spent the last four years getting through a very trying time personally (divorce). I used to be quite active on this site, but with the personal challenges I ...

Re: Testing the waters ... donations as Xmas Presents?

I think it's a great idea for adults. Last year, I donated online to the food bank associated with my church and community, and they had a nice certificate which you could print out and send to your family member as notice of your gift in their name.

Re: APS film - need prints made

The nice lady at Walmart told me that only Walmarts with a "wet lab" can do the APS prints, and she said her store is the only one she knew of in this area. Guess I could all all the other Walmarts and try to find another one with a wet lab...

APS film - need prints made

Hi Ladies, I'm not much of a participant here anymore, but I've been going through a horrible divorce for the past 3+ years. I am FINALLY able to retrieve my personal photos from him, but I have to provide him with prints. Much of my film is APS format. I am having trouble finding anyone who process...

Re: Cherry Angels to the Rescue!!

I would like to send Anna Maria an angel as well. Please PM her address to me. I participated in an ornament exchange a long time ago, and her kindness really made an impression on me.

Hello again

Hi, it's been a very long time since I've been on this MB and even longer since I've scrapped, but I came back to reconnect with my favorite hobby and read about others' scrapping adventures.

cricut cartridge question

Sorry if this has been asked before, but are the cartridges interchangeable between the older Cricut which cuts on paper 6 inches wide and the newer one which can use wider paper? I don't even know what each of them is called. Anyway, I have the older one and just started using it. It's pretty cool!...
