I chose to flip the sketch on its side, but it was fun to work with!

I did a layout for Option #1 - someone wearing a costume and ending up doing a layout full of people in costumes.

My layout is a double page spread about my daughter's last recital as an "under 18"

For my layout, I went deep into my stash for multiple "something old" - my background paper, vellum pattern paper and the silver strip along the edge of my vellum are all very old - the silver strip was actually an old CM sticker from somewhere around 2000 (and yes, I had to add liquid adh...

For my layout, I felt the rich colors as well as the flashy background is what I would find in New Orleans. I added some Fleur de lis to try and bring it together more.

I had to scroll to page 91 and came up with this adorable LO to lift:


Mine is a little less embellished, I hope I did it justice!

I love this challenge and am so happy when I'm able to complete it!

I used the column down the middle - any shade of purple, free space/crafter's choice (I'm choosing saved memorabilia), and washi tape.

I managed to pull it off because chronologically, I was right where I needed to be!

This challenge came at the best time as I am in the midst of scrapping my daughter's senior year of high school.

This idea is very intriguing to me, I've never heard of the technique!

For this layout, I have 2 graduate caps, 4 pictures, 6 enamel dots and 8 patterned papers (each photo has a different paper and each banner is also a different paper)

I'm going to give this one a try starting this month. I hope to be able to go back & do the other months so I'm caught up with the project through June!

I managed to surpass last month's goal by 1! I think I will stay steady this month with a goal of 35 again.

I was inspired by the Hershey Kisses ad - large central image with a large title below and small subtitle below that.
