LYB stuff, usually always love it, was at CHA and found that they began printing on shiny (not shimmer or glittery) paper. Was super bummed out. Halloween and Autumn lines, a lot of store owners loved the design but hated the paper.

Advertising dollars. I work in the industry, and the manufacturer's are not advertising as much as they used to to support the magazines.
