So I am definitely in the minority here, but I have a TV in my scrappy room and keep it on HGTV, TLC, CNN, etc.!

Re: Down and Dirty challenge from Pam, Janet, Clare and me

I LOVED looking at all your layouts for future ideas to "borrow"! I had planned on working on this challenge, but ended up grading papers and entering grades for four hours today instead! :waiting: Keep up the good work so I'll have ideas to copy!

I just finished the second in JG's young adult series, Theodore Boone: The Abduction . It was really, really good if you want a light, easy read and like Grisham's writing. If you have middle school kids, they would really like it and the one that came before. I think the name of it was Theodore Boo...

Re: A Smashing Idea!

I haven't been on here for a verrrrry long time, but I've been lurking the last week or two. When I saw these and Megan's article today, I immediately put them in my basket! I'm an English teacher, but I do not write or journal on a regular basis; I feel so hypocritical telling my kids to write! wri...

Organizers

I haven't been on here in months and months due to the fact I'm addicted to facebook. But I knew you guys would know the answer I'm looking for. I can't find the name or an example of the pop-up paper taker. It was a tote on wheels with an expandable handle and it gave you probably 20 trays to stack...

Re: As Seen On TV.. ?? *UPDATED at bottom*

Ha! Ha! I haven't been on here in forever. I'm more of a lurker! But I, too, invented this ten years ago using a gold hair barrett. When my daughter wore tank tops and racer backs at cheer camp and the bra straps would show, we just pulled them together in the middle a hair clasp. Much cheaper and a...

Re: Twlight Saga by Stephanie Meyer

Ohmigosh!  As an eighth grade English teacher and a degree in library science, I finally got around to reading the first three this summer!  Then I had to WAIT for number 4!!!  In between there I also read her "adult" book The Host .  I'm crazy about Edward and Bella, but as the novels pr...
