 Hi Will PPA work instead of ModPodge ?? I am doing the "Treat Holder" since My Cat loves to find treat Packs and open them and devour contents.. This way she wont be able to Overdo the treats.... Thanks for tip about tins from Walmart.. I often buy them Boxing Day on Sale.. So I found one...
